Mr. Parker has practiced civil litigation since 1993. He concentrates his practice in complex litigation, and in maritime injury, personal injury, and workers' compensation.
Mr. Parker has litigated maritime cases all over the country including but not limited to; Illinois, Missouri, Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Florida.
He is admitted to practice in Illinois, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Illinois and the Central District of Illinois.
Before entering private practice in 1993, Mr. Parker served as a law clerk to Illinois Supreme Court Justice Moses W. Harrison, as a law clerk to Illinois Appellate Court Justice Charles W. Chapman, and as a prosecutor in the St. Clair County (Illinois) State's Attorney's office.
When not practicing law, Marc coaches youth basketball and softball. He also officiates high school and college basketball games. He and his wife reside in Collinsville with their two children.
