SATURN VTi TRANSMISSION - Final Approval of Settlement

We are pleased to announce that there is a class action settlement in this matter. The Court granted final approval of  the settlement on April 16, 2009 and notice was sent to the class members on January 9, 2009 explaining their rights. If there is no appeal, then class members may begin to submit claims and be covered by the other benefits of the settlement.
