Dennis Rash
Dennis began working for the attorneys of LakinChapman in August of 1993 as an Investigator. He had previously worked 19 years with the MKT Railroad and Union Pacific Railroad as a Switchman, Brakeman and Conductor.
Dennis primarily works in Kansas and Missouri, attending union meetings, conducting interviews, and taking statements and photographs of injury sites. His experience and knowledge of the railroads is a strong advantage for our firm.
He is a member of the National Association of Railroad Safety Consultants and Investigators and The United Transportation Union.
